This post is going to be short and sweet. Because it's not about me. It's about you.

I fee like I have gotten to know some of you lovely bloggers through your fabulous comments on my posts, but there is a huge number of you who are silent readers (or maybe your not reading at all) and I think it's time for that to change! Kate had the great idea for a post like this, and I decided it was too perfect not to steal!

G.R.E.E.C.E & I.T.A.L.Y

We had our first truly cold day today. And on top of that I have a cold. It's fantastic I tell you. 

And whilst I love me some cozy winter nights, I am dreaming of sun drenched sandy beaches, and exotic destinations. 

I feel like Greece is calling to me, I have always dreamed of hopping around the islands, laying on the white sand, and riding a donkey up the winding stairs (a la Sisterhood of the Travelling Pants).

As usual Pinterest has fueled my obsessions...

Another country that has me in full on lust mode in Italy. Be still my heart...

One day loves, one day.

When the money is flowing, and I have all the time off in the world. Which will happen soon. Obviously.

Four Freakin Hours

So yesterday I spent roughly 4 hours filling out all the paperwork and online applications for my Visa appointment. FOUR HOURS. By the end of it, this was how I was feeling...

They asked me a multitude of questions, my favourite one being "Will you be partaking in any terrorist acts whilst in the United States?" As if anyone is going to answer, why yes, yes I am. Is that going to be ok? It was a little ridiculous. Funnily enough I do not plan on being a terrorist, or a prostitute for that matter.

But on the bright side I now have an appointment booked. On the 31st of May at 9am I will be hanging out in the American Embassy in Auckland freaking out about my Visa being approved. At the beginning when the first few people were having their appointments, it seemed like everyone was being approved and there were no worries. Now however some people have had a few issues, which makes things that much more stressful. But once I get approved (see the positive thinking) this will be me...
