I'm linking up again with Blonde...Undercover Blonde for Book Club Friday!
Red Leaves by Paullina Simons
Synopsis
Dartmouth students Kristina, Conni, Albert, and Jim are seemingly inseparable friends. But they are bonded by dark, seductive secrets. Intense passions and simmering tensions have been building for years untill a brutal act on a bitter cold night reveals shocking truths about each. This compelling narrative--with a surprise twist at the end--grips the reader from first page to last.
My Thoughts
I think I enjoyed this book. I found it at a secondhand store and it stayed on my shelf for quite a while, when I finally got around to reading it I had mixed feelings. The storyline is complex and interesting with twists throughout (and they are very twisty!) and it definitely keeps you hooked! But there was something about that I didn't quite like, maybe it was the writing style, or maybe the characters, I'm not sure. It took a while to get through, but on the upside I did want to finish it just to find out what happened. So I'm undecided about this one, but I have like Paullina Simons other work so if you enjoy her stuff give this a go, see what you think...

Haha I think I start a lot of reviews similarly... "I think I liked it." Usually if I finish it, I liked it at least a little bit though. :)
I will check it out!
Your blog is lovely, Sinead! I will definitely follow you and I can't wait to read more!
Thanks so much! I'm just getting started but I'm loving the world of blogging! There's a lot more to come :)
Ha, I've definitely read a book or two where I can't decide how I feel at the end! So glad you linked up. :)
